Membership of the Europe-wide Guild of Trainers comes with a commitment to professional standards. If we have worked together and something about the way I came across falls short of them, that can go to the Guild, anonymously if that is easier for you. The Guild runs a tool for measuring your experience against the criteria of the Guild’s Code of Conduct (opens in new tab) (English only at the moment). The Guild operates it, and it runs on Google Forms. The Guild takes over from there, and what comes back is what helps me do it better next time.
